  If you don't have the necessary gear to receive and decode such NOAA pictures, you can download the huge raw files (about 20 to 60 Mb) on http://www.saa.noaa.gov/swig-bin/WWWdisplay (free register) and use the HRPT-reader software from David Taylor to adapt and export to JPEG's.

but for this 3D image you need to cover your left eye with a red and your right eye with a green filter.
